What is your most memorable experience at Team Offshore?
As the name denotes, I have seen team spirits in action jointly aiming at a GOAL and achieving it together. For example, growing the company with practically 3-idle vessels in 2017 to 12- working vessels through 2018 with the birth to the first indigenous vessel coming on the way TEAM BELEUZI which will further position us in a better advantage within the IOC’s and local content compliance.

How has your career / role developed at Team Offshore?
The role here is undoubtedly tasking, although I came with some wealth of experience, but I realized at Team that learning is continuous as there are more divers tasks, target and vast expectation to be delivered with such a smaller team. This has in no doubt assist in various new learning for growth and still positioned for further development expected in 2019 and beyond.

Team Offshore strives to do things differently to other operators – ‘to challenge the status quo’ – can you give any examples of this from your experience?
Spontaneous response lead time in term of support to our vessels, playing by the book, resilience of the management and staff including refusal to cut corners has over the period given Team some edges over the competition. This is encouraged and expected to be sustained to keep the company beyond norms in the industry.
